Shipping and Delivery Arrangement
  • Orders are scheduled for Next Day Delivery, excluding special circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or traffic constraints.
  • Your orders will be entrusted to an express courier service for delivery to your specified location under temperature-controlled conditions.
  • The majority of our products require storage at a low temperature of 0-4°C. In the event that household staff or security personnel handle the delivery, we will include an instruction card for their guidance.
  • For purchases exceeding HKD$2500, we offer complimentary delivery service to one location in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. A delivery fee of HKD$100 per destination applies for deliveries to the New Territories and Outlying Islands.
